Top Virtual Pet Apps Performance on iOS in Hungary Q3 2025

The third quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the virtual pet app category on iOS in Hungary. According to Sensor Tower, several apps experienced varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Pengu – Raise Virtual AI Pets by SLAY GmbH showed a notable surge in weekly downloads, peaking at over 6.5K in late August, while weekly revenue climbed steadily to about $250 by the end of September. Active users increased sharply from mid-August, reaching over 10K by the quarter's end.

My Talking Tom 2 from Outfit7 Limited maintained a consistent level of weekly downloads, hovering around 200, while revenue varied slightly, peaking at $57 in early September. Active users remained stable, ranging from 3.5K to 4.2K throughout the quarter.

My Talking Tom, another title from Outfit7 Limited, experienced steady weekly downloads around 200, with a slight increase in revenue towards the end of September, reaching $34. The app's active users peaked at over 6K in late July.

My Talking Tom Friends 2 saw a decline in weekly downloads from its initial release in mid-July, starting at 648 and dropping to 45 by September's end. Revenue was minimal, with occasional peaks such as $13 in early September. Active users decreased from 670 in July to around 300 by the quarter's close.

Lastly, My Talking Angela 2 showed a moderate decline in downloads, starting at 310 in late July and decreasing to 86 by the end of September. Revenue saw fluctuations, peaking at $91 in early September. Active users ranged between 1.5K and 2K during this period.
